The Name Game

Now that we know it’s a girl, what the heck do we name her? I’ve read my baby name book cover to cover, which contains over 100,000 names, and we still can’t agree on what to call our baby girl!

We need suggestions! What are your favorite names?

I'm a friend of Karianne's and as she knows how much I love baby names, she thought I could help you!

I like different names, and old fashioned names.

    Blair
    Presley
    Blythe means free spirit, happy
    Cadence rhythm
    Karsyn
    Devon
    Elisabeth Elsie
    Emery Industrious
    Alivia

Thanks for stopping by! Karianne said she mentioned this to you. I kind of like Emery. Kelci seems to be a fan of they “Kai” sounding names.

While we may spar over what to name her, I'm sure we'll eventually come up with something we both love.

Practically everyone I know who's had a baby girl in the last two years named her Teaghan. So, if you want your daughter to be able to find her name easily on a keychain in a gift shop, go with Teaghan. If you want unique, stay far far away from Teaghan.

I like “place” names like Vienna, Madison, etc. or naming a child after a song or a character in a book. I imagine it would be cool to go back and read the book/listen to the song you were named after.
